New Date

Well, my date on the USCIS portfolio Website changed, but no email sofar and the message is still the same. But I guess somebody finally looked at my stuff today. Something is better then nothing

My portfolio date changed 4 times, and I never got an email until this morning, after I already received my EAD in the mail. Good feeling knowing that your file's receiving human contact, huh? ;)

Yes, any movement is appreciated. I looked at the same date to damn long.

when there is an update on the msc receipt # for the I-129F it means someone is looking it the file? My last update was on May 10th, 2004. NOA1 was on 3/30/2004

yes, something was done on May 10, that caused an internal status change. The message we see are major status changes. Good luck with your processing.
