New AOS fees?
 

Are the AOS fees the same as they say on the "Forms and Fees" section of the INS website (Ex. $220 for I-485)? I read somewhere that they had changed but now can't find the site. Anyone know about this?

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status $255* 14 years and older. $160 under 14 years of age.
Fee changed as of 02/27/03

I-131 Application for Travel Document $110
Fee changed as of 02/27/03


I-765 Application for Employment Authorization $120
Fee changed as of 02/27

Always check the BCIS (nee INS) website for current fees.
