Hello again, I seem to be at a quandary with this whole I-94 issue. I have never
received such a document in all my travels between Canada and the US. So as I understand, I must file an I-102 to get an I-94 in order to file my AOS. What kind of proof can I provide that I was legally admitted into the country? I usually just drive the short distance between Vancouver and Seattle, and last time I drove in with my husband (boyfriend at the time) in late August and was never asked for ID. Can anyone shed some light on this problem? Thanks, Faye |
As a Canadian INS will not bat an eye because you don't have an I-94. You don't need one so don't bother to apply for one. It is not necessary.
