Need help. I-129F China (Fees)

My fiancée and I are in the home stretch of our process. She received the
paperwork from the Consulate in Guangzhou today.

The question I have; there are 2 references to the fees for the visa. One
for the Immigrant portion and one for the non-immigrant portion. One is
about $100US and the other is $350US. Do we have to pay both fees? I knew
about the $100 fee but the $350 is a surprise.

K-1 pays the 830 RMB fee at any CITI bank and takes the receipt with them.

Hi:

The K-3 is a NON-immigrant visa which is processed by the Immigrant Visa unit. So a lot of the forms are for immigrant visas and have the IV fee of $350 on them. You have to pay the $100 and not the $350.
