Hello. I'm sorry if I am making a duplicate thread, however when
I performed a search in regards to an AR-11 I was unable to find
any answers.

The questions I have are as follows:

"Port of Entry into U.S." and "Date of Entry Into U.S."

Is this asking me where and when my First port/date of entry was? Or is
it asking me the most recent?




If not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the U.S. expires on (Date)

I currently have a Green Card and this was given through my spouse whom
is a U.S. Citizen. I'm sorry but I'm not sure what this question is
asking. How do I know if I'm Permanent or not? I think I am but i'm
very uncertain.



If someone could please clarify these things for me I'll be very
greatful. I'm on a tough timeline right now because I am already very
late in filing this form.

Most recent.

If you have a Green Card you are a Permanent Resident.

Thank you J.J. I truly appreciate your help. I'm sorry if it's a
stupid question, but I did not understand. Now I can send this form in
accurately.
