need help

i just got a letter from ins that i was scheduled to appear for an
oath ceremony on thursday may 15 2003.the problem isthat i never got
the notice that's why i didn't show up. so what can i do any help is
appreciated

Take the envelope and the letter and go to your BCIS office and explain to them that you just received the letter and need to reschedule.
