Sorry to hear that Crusty ..after he just got his Conditional green card last month..
Unfortunately its not as easy as that...you signed a binding contract.. valid until he completes 40 quarters of ss payments. become a citizen or dies... Perhaps it may be better too slow down before getting a bit of vengeance out...
