Re: Naturalization - Citizanship - physical presence in the United States
You should do your best effort to reconstruct all your past entries
and exits:
1. Stretch your memory.
2. For business trips - your employer's HR may have some records;
also go thru old email, etc.
3. Check your frequent flyer programs; many keep your history.
4. Check old credit card records, receipts, etc.
5. In some countries (e.g., Israel) you can get the records of every
entry and exit you've made.
Now that you came up with your best and honest list -- that's good
enough. The CIS is unlikely to ask for proofs, unless the pattern of
your trips indicates that you were not residing in the US. I.e., many
short (say a week or less) business trips should look OK. (Try to
get a letter from the employer saying that during so and so period
you made many business trips on their behalf. BTW -- I assume
that this is a US employer !!!!)
So even if you are a day off here and there, or even if some trip
was (honestly) totally forgotten, it should bear no ill effects if it was
obviously not done in order to get an immigration benefit that you
do not deserve.
