Hi,
i am on H1b visa and my wife is on F1 visa. we got married in december
2003....now i want to get her last name changed.
can some body let us know the procedure for it.....

all you have to do is change her name on SSN, then driver's license, credit cards, etc. She may still travel with her pasport and visa in her old name, but carry an official copy of her marriage certificate, showing the reason for name change and discrepancies.
