I have this problem: INS says they have no record of my fingerprints. Is the Motion
to Reopen going to be faster or "preferential" as INS made the mistake? Or is it
goint to start all over again?

Thanks R

Basically your process will start right back at getting fingerprints, but no
preferential treatment as far as getting an interview any sooner.

So the priority date is a farse! By preferential I meant if they consider that the
priority date now is way old. I just hoped that they put my case with the others who
have my priority date. However I think they are all already citizens at this
time....and I am waiting to be back on the bottom of the line..............
