Hello,
I sent my application for N-400 (U.S citizenship). I saw the checks for application
fee have been debited from my account after around 2 weeks. I sent my application to
Mesquite, Texas. I wanted to know what are the future steps with timeline untill I
get the citizenship. I would appreciate if someone has recent experience with where
I applied.
Thanks in advacne

What you need my friend is a lot of patience and amnesia! Just forget you ever
submitted an application. That is the best way to deal with INS applications.
From what I have recentely seen in Texas, you will get your fingerprints taken in 9
months. Expect the notice for fingerprints in 8 months.

This just goes to show that when it comes to INS, the rule of averages do not
matter at all.
