n-400 question

Hi, i'm in the process of completing my n-400 application & have a quick question.

I am eligible as i will have been a LPR for three years in August & i've been married to a USC for over 3 years.

Will be filing 90 days beforehand.

I understand that i only need to complete three years worth of information (days out of country, employment info etc), however is that 3 years as of the day I send the application, or do i just list days out of country etc since I became LPR? (3 years minus 90 days)

Thanks!

That's how we (successfully) did it, based on info we found in the group. Everywhere that requested '5 years' of such and so got substituted with '3 years'.

Thanks!

I listed my dates from when i got my green card.
I did not leave at all while it was pending even though i had advance parole.
It should be fine as long as you have not been out for over a certain amount of time.

Take care

Re: n-400 question

thank you both for your responses.

i took a trip to the uk for 3 weeks in july 2004, so it's within the time frame of 3 years, but was before i became a LRR.

i'll go ahead & list it anyway i think.
