n-400 question
Hi, i'm in the process of completing my n-400 application & have a quick question.
I am eligible as i will have been a LPR for three years in August & i've been married to a USC for over 3 years. Will be filing 90 days beforehand. I understand that i only need to complete three years worth of information (days out of country, employment info etc), however is that 3 years as of the day I send the application, or do i just list days out of country etc since I became LPR? (3 years minus 90 days) Thanks! |

Everywhere that requested '5 years' of such and so got substituted with '3 years'. |

It should be fine as long as you have not been out for over a certain amount of time. Take care |
Re: n-400 question
thank you both for your responses.
i took a trip to the uk for 3 weeks in july 2004, so it's within the time frame of 3 years, but was before i became a LRR. i'll go ahead & list it anyway i think. |
