N-400 processing times in the Washingto D.C. area
I am about to apply for citizenshipt in Alexandria, Virginia. Has anyone
had any experiance with the local INS office here in Arlington VA with regards to the N-400 processing times. Also I have had three speeding tickets in last seven 7 years should I list those on my citizenship application and will those cause problems. Thanks. Milo. |

As for processing times, they are published on various lawyer's sites. My
FAQ page links to several of them. Regardin the speeding ticket: list them. They won't cause a problem. Failure to disclose even a harmless crime could cause a problem, though. Although I don't think that speeding tickets really are necessary to list, in this case listing more is better.
