Just thought it would be interesting to post our Texas Center timeline. Sent in the n-400 today (9 yrs PR).

Timeline: 9/15/09 Sent n-400 to Texas Processing Center.

Just for others' benefit.. you sent it to the Texas Lockbox address, right? The Texas Service Center looks to be all military apps.

Hey does anyone know whether I can just edit my previous posts so I don't have to post each new date in a new post on this thread? I don't get the edit button on the posts because more than two hours have passed.

got the receipt letter saying the application is in the system for initial review today!

Will do. I got my NOA this morning and now just waiting for my fingerprints appointment. Glad to see you got your quickly. Hopefully mine is on it's way!

Hello UrsTX and Hollywoodgirl,

I'd like to join your club

(Jeez- it has been over 6 years since the whole immigration thing started- how unbelievable is that???)

Timeline for my N-400 (based on 5 years of residency) so far:

11/2/09 mailed application to Lewisville TX Lockbox
11/3/09 received by USCIS
11/5/09 check cashed
11/9/09 received NOA - initial review

Interview went swimmingly! Was in and out in less than 15 minutes - they couldn't give an oath date because of the holiday so I have to wait for the letter.


So hopefully will be sworn in next year! (As we're leaving for AZ and Xmas holiday next week!).
