My second E-3 visa
Hello
I am going to apply for my second E-3 in order to start a project-based kind of after hours job. It seems like this cannot be done from within the country so am planning a quick travel over to Mexico to get the job done.
Just a few months back when got the one that I'm on at the moment, had to wait almost 45 days to get a clearance (admin processing); my question now is that is it likely that I have wait another long time to get the second one while the first one (and the first visa) is pretty new? or based on the recent clearance that I have at the moment; I can be hopeful to get this new one immediately?
Any experience or advice?

Do you have permission to stay in Mexico for 45+ days?
