Default Moving to USA

Hi all,
Has anyone experienced such dilemma in regard to moving USA.
Our family filed I-130 Petition Relatives Alien application back in 2016. After reading all posts here on britishexpats, we thought about moving to US via E-2 visa or Student visa by applying Master in US- don’t want to wait for 10 years. But we are worry that our application of I-130 will get jeopardised. Any suggestions please. I would be greatly appreciated your valuable advice. Thank you Simon

Your family's I-130 petition is fine to continue in the background.

You are allowed to have multiple petitions in the system without jeopardizing the I-130. No worries.

^^^^^ What they said. It's a non-issue.
