In the event that your husband has a way of getting a Visa, based purely on several drives around Kissimmee and then checking my assumptions with a quick google about the City , I'd probably look at different locations like Winter Garden.

Only the east half. Here in the west we're sweltering in 40° heat for the next 5 days. Although we'll most likely have a fair few fires here in the next few weeks/months. The heat seems to bring out the arsonists.

Well it snowed here yesterday, just a couple of inches and the wind has blown away most of it.
Perhaps we could do some sort of trade, much more likely to see -40C than +40C.
