Moscow Interview- k-1 visa not given

My fiancee was told after the interview she would get the visa, she paid for it, but when
she returned to get it at 5 pm, she was handed a slip of paper stating it required
"administrative processing" -article 221G. Is there anything the immigration attorney we
used can do to try to receive the visa?
