My fiancee is now the US ![Smile](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The Moscow interview was a breeze... 10 mins no difficult questions. I asked her
about specifics driving back from JFK. They asked where we met and how many times we
were together. She had all of the paperwork tax returns I-864 ect.The interview was
in English and Russian. Also she had no complaints about the Moscow staff. The only
problem she had in Moscow was food posioning from Mcdonalds. I told her that could
happen here just as well. If anyone wants to know if they asked a specfic question ,
I will be happy to ask her. JFK INS did not give her a stamp or EAD only a number on
the K-1 in her passport. I was more freaked out by N.Y.C. NY then St Petersburg!
David Letterman is right the pot-holes are big and everywhere. Still we saw the
Statue of Liberity together on her first day All told the total time from filing to
her arrival in USA was just shy of 6 months. Thanks mostly to the "fine quality
service" from the TSC ( 1st NOA 12/8/00 interview 5/26/01). We are getting along
fine! She loves wafffle house! Marriage in 2 weeks. Then AOS SSN EAD and so it
goes... Thanks for all the info and help Glad

thanks for the info!
based on your experience seems like JFK has definitely stopped giving out the
EAD stamp.
please remember to post your fiancee's port of entry (POE) experiences at the
following site http://www.k1poelist.com/k1poelist.cgi so even more people can benefit
from them.
