MNC and H1B
Hello,
Pl give me a piece of information. I am thinking to apply job to one MNC (Multinational Corporation) in US of which parent entity is in Asia. So my question is that its branch office or subsidiary in US can sponsor for H1B and then green card.
Does anyone have information on this.

Yes, they can sponsor an H-1B. If you work for this company somewhere else
first for a year, they could also sponsor you for an L-1 instead, which
has a few advantages.
