Manila Somebody Help!
Greetings,
After being on administrative review for nearly two months, my fiance received a call from the US embassy in Manila yesterday while she was out. Fortunately her sister was there to take the call. The consul processing her visa said she has nothing to worry about, and her visa is in printing. She also said that it should be delivered by courier by Friday or early next week.
Does this mean the visa is approved? Or is there a letter being delivered instead?
:scared:

This sounds likea positive but I would caution you to not jump for joy quite
yet...let's wait until the Visa is firmly in hand before celebrating with your
favorite "fifth" of distilled spirits...but it sounds pretty good...at least Manila
is showing some signs of life there...
