Lost Passport w/ US R-1 visa
I lost my passport with a R-1 (religious worker) visa, I managed to
get another venezualean pasport but how do I replace the visa?
And if I need to leave the country in order to get it is there any
gaurauntee that I can re-enter?
You should note that I have a copy of the visa, DOES THAT HELP???

You don't need to replace the visa unless you need to travel out of the
US. You do need to replace the I-94. Go to the BCIS Web site at
http://www.immigration.gov and find the form to apply for a replacement.

No guarantee, but very likely.

Yes, that can help when you apply for the replacement I-94.
