Default Lost Passport, I-94 and ssn never arrived in the mail

I lost my passport and I-94 and now applying for I-130 and I-485, I do
have a copy of all documents and have a replacemtn of my passport. I
am out of status now, so that i assume that i will not be able to
request I-94 replacemtn. Will this become a problem later when we are
granted for interveiw?

Besides, I was living with a friend in new york for about 3 week while
visiting her and applied for a ssn there but never did get it in the
mail(friend forwared it to me in ca but lose in the mail), Is there
anyway that i can get a replacemnt. Since i now know the importance of
ssn....thankyou

Don't worry about it. If it is lost, there is nothing you can do about
it. You supply an explanation if needed.

Yes, fill out the paperwork to replace the lost card.
You don't need to know the number SSA can look it up.

For replacement SSN card you need:

Form SS-5:

http://www.ssa.gov/online/ss-5.html

Proof of identity and proof of work authorized status or a valid nonwork
reason for needing an SSN and proof of legal status. So unless you have an
EAD card, I-551 or a status that authorizes you to work, i.e. H-1B, you
probably will not be able to get a replacement card. Receipts showing you
have applied or been approved aren't going to be accepted.

However, an SSA office can provide you will an SSN Verification Printout.
It will show the SSN and the name currently shown on that SSN record.
Hopefully, that will help until you have the documents to be issued a
replacement card.

Take it all to your friendly neighborhood SSA office:

http://s00dace.ssa.gov/pro/fol/fol-home.html

You can call 1-800-772-1213 to obtain the number over the phone. Will need
to provide full name, date of birth and parent's names.
