Lost I-130 receipt. File another one?

Lost I-130 receipt. File another one?
Unfortunately we lost our I-130 NOA receipt. We requested in writing for another one, but it appears that the NSC thinks it's a new application, so they sent it back to us saying that the payment is not enclosed!
Should I send it back to them saying that we're just asking for a receipt number, or should we just file again? If filing again, doesn't that mean there'll be two identical applications on file? Is that OK?
