Default London consul items

Hello pals.
Ive had no reply from the consul regarding the following
questions about stuff needed for K1 visa i/view.
1) Do I need my US fiancee birth certificate.
2) Do I need 1 or 2 notarized copies of her I-134 Affidavit of support.
Thanks to those who replied before.

Hi Dave,

Last month I emailed the London embassy about whether I will need my US fiance's original documents. This was their succinct reply:

"We do not need the petitioner's documents."

I believe you only need 1 notarized copy of your fiancee's I-134, plus supporting documents.

Here is a list from their website:

Good luck!

Their website is perfect on explaining what you need. What I did was just print up the "checklist" page and crossed out everything that didn't apply to us... then made notes on what we had... what we needed and I had already taken care of.. etc..

Then I made a copy of it and mailed it to my husband. When breaking it down like that I found it sooo easy.
