Letter of Oath?
Looking for advise. I had my citizenship interview on April 7th in
California . The Interviewer said that he was still waiting for the
FBI clearance on my Finger Prints. It is Seeptember and I have yet to
see the letter.
Any adivse on what steps I need to take?
Thanks

If it is more than 120 days after the interview, you can sue them. It seems that
they react very quickly when they get served with a lawsuit...
