Post Last-ditch attempt for US Visa? Worth it or not?

Do I go for it?

Nov 2017 - E2 Visa - Declined under section 214b due to not being specialist enough in my role
Feb 2018 - B1 Visa - Declined under section 214b
June 2019 - J1 Or B1 Visa attempt!???????? I would successfully have 5 years at my current company in London in June 2019 (apparently a very strong tie?!)

About me:
23 Years old
No degree
Not a homeowner / still live at home
London company will pay and support EVERYTHING my training/work in the US if Visa gets approved.

Would like to hear people's opinion on this! Please be as brutal or nice as you like!

What would the B-1 visa be for?
J-1 would be the visa if you're trying to live and work in the USA, if you qualify for it.
All you can do is try. The company immigration attorney will probably have some idea of potential success.

You can't work/train on a B1 - that's for tourist/business trips, not for living and working in the US.

Doesn't the J-1 need a US based company sponsor?

Somebody else is paying, where is the downside?

B1 Would be for work/training purposes too - I presume this is the wrong Visa to go for after the last attempt, the only thing that will change in June 2019 is a solid 5 years at a London company in a certain field of business.

I'm not sure? Can somebody confirm this please? I can get the UK or US company to sponsor me no problem.

The downside would be 2 Visa Refusals in the 2 years... I presume this would jeopardise the chances of a J1 surely?

What field do you work in? Could it remotely be deemed "speciality", even without a degree? Do you have specialist knowledge of your companies area?

An L1 might be a feasible option too.

If your circumstances have changed in no way, other than working for another year at the same company, I think it'll be refused again. It hardly means you are less likely to violate the terms of your visa just because you have been at your workplace longer.

I work in Insurance, unfortunately when attempting that I was specialist in my field for the E2 Visa I was stating that I knew all of the London systems and will train/implement the systems within our newly acquired US office.

Therefore nothing too specialist without a degree I'm afraid.

Not too sure what the L1 Requires?

This is where I am confused, what can I do to change my circumstances from now until June? What do they look for? I have 6 months to change them.

You really can't. Buy a house would be the one that springs to mind. There is no list of ties that they use to make a determination, and this is done on purpose to give Officers the widest latitude to do their job - which is keep non-US Citizens out of the US.

You have to understand that, looking objectively at your history, you seem to be a little desperate to get to the US. If it were me, in your situation, I would be waiting 3 years at least before applying again.

Why would your company set up an office in the US to deal with UK insurance. We don't have a use for UK insurance in the US, except for the many expats who still own homes, etc. back in the UK.

Nope, nothing specialist about selling insurance. My ex-husband was an insurance salesman, health and life, and he only had a GED diploma. Not exactly rocket science.

We acquired/purchased the company in the US, my job was to integrate them onto our proprietary systems that we use in the UK. The plan was also to work/assist the US team, learn there ways and then to start writing the same business but from London in the UK when I was due to return.
