Labor Certification Question
I'm on H1B visa and my company is sponsoring my green card. We're still in the labor
certification process and doing the RIR. My question would be, can my employer use
any work experience gained and/or software development training received with the
current employer that's sponsoring my green card as part of the requirements when
placing the ad?
