L2 Ead

Just wanted to know if anyone has received their EAD from NSC yet?
My receipt date is March 19th and I just wondered what date they were currently processing.
Also when they say 90 days is that just Monday to Friday or weekends as well?

A L2 friend lodged his EAD application on 22/3/02 at Vermont SC and got it approved
on 4/8/02 valid for two years.
