Default L1A Interview Waiver London - ACRO needed?

Hi all, I've seen some conflicting information online so just wanted to triple check with this knowledgable group...

I have never been arrested, cautioned or anything with the police in UK or any other country. Not even a speeding ticket.

1) Do I still need to order & submit a negative ACRO police certificate with my documents?
2) I spent a couple of years living abroad in Barbados, do I need to order & submit a negative Barbados police certificate?

I think the answer is NO to both questions, and just clicking no to the arrested/convicted/detained question on DS160 is sufficient.

Perhaps somebody can re-assure me and confirm? Thanks!
