Yes, that's a lot of money. I was just thinking of my husband's small business, he has a bank account under the business name, but if he started using it for personal reasons, it wouldn't prove the business is still active. His in/out balances are nowhere near that amount of money, though.

I agree...especially something in writing from the CPA. Maybe business tax returns as well?

I don't think I ever suggested that everyone on an L1 is on an expat deal did I?All I did was state that I know at least 10 people on L1's who are on ex pat deals and this is one of the reasons they are sent back to the UK once the company has used their knowledge and expertise and then employed a USC in their place.

I wish I was on one too!!!
