Hi all, I just got my GC approved. Here’s my timeline:
L-1A
Feb 8 2022 visa appt in Belfast
Mar 18 2022 Arrived in US
EB1C green card
Oct 2022 Started compiling evidence for Green Card application
Jan/Feb 2023 Family completed outstanding vaccinations for I-693 Medical Examination
Mar 2 2023 concurrent filing of I-140 (premium processing) and I-485
Mar 13 2023 I-140 electronic approval notice
Mar 17 2023 Received appointment letter for biometrics
Mar 21 2023 received notice of case being transferred to National Benefits Center, Lee’s Summit, Missouri
Mar 30 2023 Biometrics appointment
Apr 21 2023 Received RFEs to my wife, daughters for the kids’ long-form birth certificate (I had sent short-form - oops!). Thus also triggered request for evidence of valid marriage (evidence of cohabiting, wedding photos etc.)
May 4 2023 Response to RFEs submitted
May 30 2023 I-485 electronic approval
Jun 1 2023 my card mailed
Jun 2 2023 wife, daughters’ cards mailed
Jun 5 2023 my Green Card received
Jun 6 2023 wife’s and children’s Green Cards received
Note - there was no interview i.e. it was waived
Note - AP and EAD applications were submitted with I-485
AP approved May 25 2023 and official notices received Jun 5 2023
There were no notices received re: EAD applications

Can I ask how you worked out which vaccines were needed for the kids? I think mine should have most through school requirements but it's hard to tell by looking at the I-693 (it has some commentary around ":not age applicable"). Did you do the medical exam in one appointment?

Congrats! We had our biometrics appt yesterday (myself, wife, 2 kids). I'm expecting our I-693 / medical exam RFE soon.
Can I ask how you worked out which vaccines were needed for the kids? I think mine should have most through school requirements but it's hard to tell by looking at the I-693 (it has some commentary around ":not age applicable"). Did you do the medical exam in one appointment?

My Medical Examiner referred me to the CDC immigrant vaccine requirements by age:

You can get away with doing just the first shot if you are missing a whole course, but not for COVID. You'll need to provide evidence too of yours and your family's immunizations. You may have to be up to date on a few yourself like annual flu, TDAP.
And there's no room for negotiation - you either reject all vaccines on moral grounds or you take them all. We found this surprising as our daughters both had proof of previous COVID infection, so our application was delayed by a month (we wanted to complete I-693 before filing to avoid RFE) while they had first and second shots.
