L1 and visa extension
My L1-B was approved for 1 year, and it is expiring on 20 May 2002. The visa on my
passport also expires on the same date. My employer has applied for the extension of
L1-B. But in the mean time my visa stamp on the passport will expire. Would I become
illegal after that date? Or is there any way that I can stay here?
Please give some ideas.
