L1-B Interview - Questions regards froms
Hi
We have our interview 28th May and I think I have everything I need but I've read so much information on so many websites I have confused myself slightly so just wanted to ask the questions on here to make sure I'm correct.
Am I right in assuming we DON'T need Police certificates? I assume these are only needed if once of us have been arrested and have a record.
Medicals are only required if we have a medical condition.
Only the DS157 that needs filling for myself and stepson (over 16). It asks for every country visited in the last 10 years. i went to Cuba for our Honeymoon in 2006, do I include this??

i would included every country.
we didnt have to do a police cert for our L1A/L2's

Correct no medical required for L1 visas for you or your family
