Hi All
Could anyone give me answers to following Q's?

2. What other visas available for a J-2 visa holder to work for a
company if J-1 visa holder leave the country?
Any answer will be appreciated.

1. I don't think so.
2. The requirements for a J-2 are the same as the J-1. If the J-1 holder
leaves the country with no intent to return the J-2 visa holder must
also leave.

Thank You very much Captain.
I have Masters from US University and is working on J-2 work
authorization. Is it possible to change my status to J-1 and continue
to work for the company?

Are you in the U.S.? What type visa do you have, a J-2?
If the company can issue you a DS-2019 then you should be able to obtain
a J-1 visa for "training". If the company can not issue a DS-2019 then I
see no way for you to obtain a J-1 visa.
