1st NOA 10/17/02
2nd NOA 3/12/03
Finally! Checked the phone status today and was suprised to find I had been approved. I had to call back several times to make sure I didn't put in the wrong case number. When I made it home the online status reflected the same thing. I am so glad this part is over with now. I was beginning to worry about RFE's and if I crossed my t's and dotted my i's. Especially since a lot of people on this forum paid a service or an attorney to prepare their petition. I did research for about a 5 weeks before I sent my petition in. Anyway on to the next phase. Hopefully my fiancee will not have to wait long for an interview with the Honduras embassy. It doesn't matter though. I know it won't be five months like the Nebraska wait. Good luck to the rest of the Nebraska inmates. Hopefully you wont have to wait as long as I did. Will keep everybody posted as we continue through with the next steps.

I've been setting back watching... and calculating.
My best estimate is that those of us who have 1st NOAs dated in November 2002 can expect something from NSC by mid April.
Let's keep our fingers crossed!
Kevin in Kansas & leather in Canada
11/12/2002: I-129f Overnight express to NSC
11/13/2002: Package delivered to NSC at 10:49AM
11/15/2002: 1st NOA
