Default Interview on April 6th - question

Me and my wife have Interview for Adjustment of Status on April 6th.
We had our case handled by a Lawyer.
We are married for almost 1 year.
I am in USA for almost 8 years - overstayd Turistic Visa.

My question and concern is about my documents..

I Lost my passport with I-94 form long time ago - but i was lucky that i
wrote down all Passport and Visa and I-94 form #'s prior to losing it.

How much not haveing an Original document can effect my Interview
proces?
I do have all other documents needed inclouding Translated Birth
Certificate , Marriage certificate etc etc.....
My lawyer said that all should be all right but don't they all say
that ? hehe

Hi:

What does your lawyer say? My answer in not knowing your case is that it depends. Some have been no problem. While others... Don't know your case, don't know where you are filing.

Can't you apply for a replacement I-94 from the CIS via form I-102 for $160 "Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival/Departure Record"

PS I know he doesn't have the time for this but thought the reminder to others might be beneficial.

Hi:

Perhaps. Here in LA, I have never had to do this in the OP's situation. But I've heard of it being required in other Districts. My feeling is that if the OP has the bloody number or a photocopy, that SHOULD suffice. But then I'm not a DAO.

That was the reason for my being a ambiguous on this.
