Hi Guy's,
Finally got my interview date for July 7th. ( Bring it on )
A couple of questions please.... Do i have to include my American fiancee's birth, marriage and divorce certificates as well as mine at the embassy.
Also when (if ) i get my visa stamp, how long do i have before i need to get married and also how long before i have to apply for AOS.
Cheers Guys

Do you have to? No. Should you? Yes - always bring stuff you don't think you need... just in case!

From the time you enter the US, you must marry within 90 days.

There is no time limit on when you must apply for AOS. However, unless you want to risk being out of status, you should apply prior to the 90-day expiry on your I-94.
