Kind folks,
We refiled a package after marriage and are, we think, about due to pick
up the interim EAD in lieu of the actual EAD arriving on time. I had a
couple questions:

-- Are we eligible to pick up 91 days from the "Received date" or 91 days
from the "Notice date"? A groups.google.com search led us to conflicting
information, but the consensus seemed to be received date. Is this still
the gist? (April 2 received date, April 14 notice)

-- I know we need to bring a new application and the receipt. Do we need
to bring a money order or anything else?
