INS Medical Exams
 
Can anyone assist in helping to find a list of physicians who can perform the medical
exam required for adjustment of status? I live in CT

The following is from the CDC website at http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/technica.htm

For Civil Surgeons: Information on civil surgeons in your area may be available by
contacting the INS at 1-800-375-5283. Also, a current listing of civil surgeons for
your area may be obtained by contacting your INS District Office. Additional
information concerning INS district offices and contact information for those offices
is available at the INS website located at:
http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/fieldoffices

Another way is to call INS on 1 800 375 5283 have a paper and pencil ready and
follow the promts, select your language, then #2,then #3, then enter your zip code
and so on.
