Is there email address of INS that we can send email to ask immigration questions?

probably not. u can check out www.bcis.gov anyway...

You can go to www.immigration.gov and call their national Customer
service call center and speak to an INS inspector free of cost..

Actually you have to ask to speak to a "real" INS officer, those who answer
the phones are contract operators that just use the same websites that you
would use. But you can get one by using the customer service number.
Ask one question to 15 different people, get 15 different answers.
