Our green card medicals were just before Christmas and the doc said thtat now any recommended vaccine is a requirement so maybe it changed recently?
Funny, but for my greencard application I didn't have to have a flu shot....
As for TB, yes you will probably come up as positive for the Heath test. I did, and was sent to the ER to have a chest xray, which came up clear, as expected.
I believe I also had to have tetnus and Polio but that was it.

Do they accept BCG scar & BCG card as proof of vaccine? My son has a scar- seems excessive to send him for xray when he has a positive reaction caused by his vaccine! I am OK as I have to get a copy of my BCG levels from occ health for my US job application anyway. Hubby ducked out of his BCG!
I know the US schools are strict on imms even if not required for greencard so it may be worth getting them up to date, I just googled immunization requirements for the school district where I intend to send my kids.
