Hi,
I have a pending Labor Certification application, almost about to be processed
in the DOL.

If I change jobs now and reapply for a new labor certificaiton from a totally
different company, knowing the fact that I am in my fifth year on my H1, do I
still get the privillage of the seventh years extension of the H1?

Yes. Even if you had never filed the first LC, filing one during the fifth
year would not be a problem. It is filing during the sixth year where this
question would only ever arise.
