Incorrect advice from USCIS 800 number
Hi All
Long time, blah, blah, blah...
I'm trying to find a pointer to the court opinion(s?) where it has decided that people who had received incorrect advice from the USCIS 800 number were not entitled to redress. Can anyone help me out?

equitable estoppel against federal government.
BTW, IIRC there are more than a handful of SCOTUS cases that decline this doctrine.
