Default Immigration Reform - 110th Congress

My friend has just received an attachment from her nursing agency, entitled "Immigration Reform Efforts Begin Anew in 110th Congress" dated Jan 22. Suffice to say, she nor I can make any sense of it, don't know if it's good news or bad news. Has anybody heard anything in the last few days with regard to the (previous) Schedule A visa (now) EB3 for nurses?

Nothing new has happened regarding visas for nurses, Schedule A has presently been removed and just patiently waiting (NOT) for things to start moving again
