Immigration interview
Hi,
Can any body tell me ,where i can get 1040 application,case is that i apply for my mother immigration & they ask her to bring 1040 application on interview date 07/26/04,which is supposed to fillout by me although i send her my 3 yrs tax return from IRS.Please some body help me out as soon as possible i will really appreciate that.
