Immigration Help..asylee married with an H1B
Hi, I am an asylee status (approved in 2000) with i-485 in process (2
years already) and my fiance is a H1B holder. I want to know what are
our choices as far as my fiancee's status. Her employer will not
sponsor her to get labor certification. Her H1B will expire in 2
years.
Any Help would be appreciated.
