Immigration Attorney in Oklahoma
Hi team, I own and operate a business in OKC and am looking to sponsor a non USC for a working visa. As I do research online wanted to see if there are any ex-pats on here who live in Oklahoma and have used a local lawyer. Thanks in advance

I'm interested in that too but I don't want to risk asking a question that may be deemed irrelevant so I'm hesitant.
So at face value his question is this only.
'wanted to see if there are any ex-pats on here who live in Oklahoma and have used a local lawyer.'

Should have checked prior posts, sounds like a H1b but pushing it for this year.

I understand you probably would prefer a face to face consultation, but if not then as this is federal law, you can retain an attorney from anywhere in the US.

I did, many moons ago. It looks like the charlatan who my employer referred me to is no longer practicing, so I am deprived the immense satisfaction of publicly telling you not to use him. Woe!
OU and OSU pull in enough foreign faculty () and students that there is probably decent expertise to be had in the area. Try AILA?

I am one of those foreign faculty at OU! I didn't need to use a lawyer but was refereed to the following person by the International Faculty Advisor at OU. Looks like he has a Dallas office and an Oklahoma City office.Furqan Sunny Azhar Sunny's legal practice is devoted entirely to Immigration and Nationality Law, International Law and Labor Law. His practice includes the representation of companies seeking visas for their employees, employees seeking back pay for wages earned and the defense of aliens in federal immigration courts across the country.
