Rapalo, they announced Saturday, is the man who had raped seven girls
and women since September 2002, including three school girls who were
attacked within four weeks in May and June. The rapist terrorized
Miami neighborhoods, including Shenandoah, Little Havana, Silver Bluff
and others nearby.

Rapalo, a Honduran citizen whose visa had expired, was arrested Friday
night for running a stop sign and loitering -- enough, police said, to
keep him overnight. He voluntarily submitted to a DNA swab, police
said. The DNA sample matched evidence taken from the rape scenes. His
fingerprints also matched partial prints taken at one scene.

I gues that your implying that all the serial rapists in the South
Florida area are illegal aliens? That is awfully lame, what troubles
me about this report is the fact that the cops had a task force set up
getting paid overtime, etc and he was caught by an officer on routine
patrol by coincidence. The fact that he was here illegally can be
taken up with the Feds & their department of Homeland
