I485 and I765 files transferred

I485 and I765 files transferred
I485/I140 and I765 filed with VSC. I140 got approved. EAD was pending so got
an Interim one from Newark. I485 application transferred to Newark in mid
July. Today, I765 was transferred to Newark as well. Is it a normal practice
to transfer I765 application to the office where I485 petition is being
processed?

Yes. An I-765 cannot be approved without access to the supporting I-485.

Yes. An I-765 cannot be approved without access to the supporting I-485.
